Ingredients
1 pkg (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups Cold Milk
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipping Topping
1 tsp. Peppermint Extract
10 Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (4 inch)
1/3 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
3 tbsp Crushed Hard Peppermint Candies
1/4 cup Coarsely Crushed Graham Crackers (about 1-1/2 crackers)
Directions
  1. BEAT dry pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP and peppermint extract.
  2. SPOON pudding mixture evenly into pie crusts, adding about 1/3 cup pudding mixture to each crust. 
  3. REFRIGERATE 2 hrs. 
  4. TOP pies with marshmallows, crushed candies and crushed graham crackers before serving. 

 

 

How to Thaw the COOL WHIP Whipped Topping: Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
